Led a 7.5-month transformation from a static spreadsheet tool into a modular, interactive system that helps Financial Advisors illustrate the value of tax-optimized portfolios. As both project and experience lead, I drove the strategic vision and execution.

Revitalizing a Product Experience and Rebuilding Trust
Brought in midstream to help reset the direction of NFL+ after early challenges in meeting expectations. The client had begun to lose confidence, and I was asked to assess, restaff, and realign the work. I partnered with the project lead to clarify next steps, made key staffing changes to add experience and subject matter expertise, and helped coach our team through the shift.
